I’m going to use it for marinades, barbecue sauce, etc. We have a smoker and do a smoked cream cheese, so we’re going to add this jam with that! Can't believe that the second time I burnt the pan but some how managed to save the jam. I used white wine vinegar to lift the black off the pan an a bit of scraping it does work. You must boil it.
